Fleet Promo Crates Member Download Agreement
For approved Fleet DJs members only.
By registering for, accessing or downloading from Fleet Promo Crates, you agree to the following:
- Files are provided for promotional use, professional DJ performance, radio programming, evaluation and other authorized Fleet-related activity.
- You will not sell, trade, redistribute, publicly upload, share or provide downloaded files or download links to any other person.
- You will keep your account credentials private and will not allow another person to use your account.
- You will respect all artist, producer, songwriter, label, publisher and other rights-holder interests associated with the music.
- You understand that access may be monitored for security, account protection and enforcement of this agreement.
- You will report broken, mislabeled or potentially unauthorized files to Fleet Promo Crates.
- Your account may be suspended or terminated immediately if files, links or credentials are shared or if the service is misused.
- Approval as a Fleet Promo Crates member does not transfer copyright ownership or grant rights beyond the limited promotional access described here.
Continued access to the library confirms your acceptance of this agreement and the Fleet Promo Crates Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
