Fleet Promo Crates Terms of Use

Fleet Promo Crates is a private promotional music pool intended for approved Fleet DJs members. Access is a privilege and may be suspended or terminated at any time for misuse.
Authorized use
Music and related materials are supplied solely for legitimate promotional, evaluation, radio, event and DJ-performance purposes. Access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to sell, sublicense, publicly host, upload, redistribute or share any file.
Member accounts
Each account is personal to the approved member. Members may not share usernames, passwords, download links or files with another person. Members must provide accurate registration information and keep account information current.
Prohibited conduct
- Reselling or redistributing files.
- Uploading files to public websites, cloud folders, peer-to-peer services or social platforms.
- Removing copyright, label, artist or promotional information.
- Using automated tools to copy, scrape or mass-download the library.
- Attempting to bypass account approval or access controls.
Availability
Tracks, features and access may be changed or removed without notice. Fleet Promo Crates does not guarantee that every file is error-free, suitable for a specific event or permanently available.
Copyright concerns
Rights holders may request review or removal of material by contacting Fleet Promo Crates through the website. Please identify the work, the material at issue and your authority to make the request.
Enforcement
Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated, and download access may be revoked. Continued use of Fleet Promo Crates means that you accept these terms.
